The Difference between Life Coaching and Transformational Coaching!
You hear it all the time: “I’m a life coach” or “I have a life coach.” However, there is a significant difference in life coaching and transformational coaching!
The focus of transformational coaching is on who you are “being” or the qualities you are expressing, as well as the strategies that support your commitments. In looking at who you are being, Lisa will dive into your mindset and paradigm, your belief system. Another way of saying this is: the way you see the world influences all of your thoughts, actions and results. In seeing your mindset or belief system, you often have an immediate shift and quantum leap results. You may or may not end of shifting your actions!
Transformational coaching is designed to empower you to:
- Clarify and expand your heartfelt vision;
- Identify, set and accomplish clear and measurable goals;
- Define or redefine what is it that is important to you;
- See hidden beliefs and interpretations that do not serve you;
- Determine not only the actions needed to accomplish goals, but access the qualities and characteristics to produce the intended result;
- Inspire you to breakthrough perceived barriers, achieve your dreams and be your best.
- Hold you accountable to your goals, and breakthrough any obstacles in the way.
- Invite you to think exponentially to produce quantum leap results quickly.

You are not alone. Making and keeping goals without support, coaching or accountability is difficult. That is why less than 10% of people keep all of their New Year’s Resolutions.
According to the (Gail Matthews’ Goal Research Summary) those who set actionable tasks for their goals and initiate weekly progress reporting to a supportive source tend to achieve 40% more that those who did not.
Also, studies conducted on participants revealed that 90% of people perform better with relevant and challenging goals.
And even if you are a highly focused go-getter, always driving toward your goal; you may be in your own way. You may be operating on top of hidden stops and beliefs that keep you from performing at your best or from working with flow rather than push.
Let’s talk. Let’s you and I explore what is important to you currently and long term and discover how we can work and play together. If you invest your time, I promise you a valuable session.
