The focus of transformational coaching is on who you are “being” or the qualities you are expressing, as well as the strategies that support your commitments. In looking at who you are being, Lisa will dive into your mindset and paradigm, your belief system. Another way of saying this is: the way you see the world influences all of your thoughts, actions and results.
